Shipments are carried out through standard freight services. Although we work with leading logistics operators, the indicated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as operational incidents of the carrier, weather conditions, demand peaks, administrative controls, or other circumstances not attributable to the seller.
Unless the customer expressly contracts a guaranteed delivery service, which entails an additional surcharge, an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed, and delays may occur without this implying contractual breach by the company.
In the event of a transport incident, it must be taken into account that, legally, the goods are not considered lost but delayed until the deadlines established in Article 54 of the Spanish Law on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Land (LCTTM) have elapsed, which generally is 30 days from the scheduled delivery date.
Until such period has elapsed, the incident shall be classified exclusively as a delay, and no loss claim may be filed with the Civil Liability insurer, nor may measures corresponding to a definitive loss situation be adopted.
The company shall not be liable for delivery delays when these are due to causes not attributable to it and arising from the contracted transport service, without prejudice to any actions that may correspond against the carrier in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Deliveries of packages weighing more than 10 kg or bulky items will be made at street level.

At Lime Pilates, we care about your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth purchasing experience. For this reason, we provide the following information regarding our warranty and right of withdrawal so that you are fully informed.
Warranties are those established by law against manufacturing defects.
In business-to-business (B2B) transactions in Spain, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users does not apply. These relationships are governed by the Commercial Code (Articles 325–345) and the Civil Code (Articles 1484–1490).
The warranty period is 6 months.
In a B2C (Business to Consumer) context in Spain, product warranties are regulated by the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. This protects the end consumer when purchasing products from a company.
Legal warranty:
• 3 years from delivery of the product.
• 2 years for digital content or services (apps, software, subscriptions, etc.).
However, certain items — such as ropes, upholstery, straps, handles, elastic bands, mats, or materials subject to friction, moisture, or wear — may have a reduced lifespan depending on their use or maintenance conditions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, incorrect storage, or unauthorized handling.
In such cases, the product shall be considered compliant provided that its performance is consistent with the expected use and reasonable lifespan of goods of that nature.
Consumer rights:
• Repair of the defective product.
• Replacement with an identical product if repair is not possible.
• If repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate, the consumer may request a price reduction or contract termination.
In any case, the manufacturer reserves the right to refund the defective item.
The company guarantees that all new equipment and materials are free from manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturing terms mentioned below.
This warranty becomes effective on the date of the original purchase invoice. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty shall be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify the company of any changes to contact information. This ensures that, in the unlikely event of a safety replacement notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.
Please note that only items purchased directly from Lime Pilates may be returned. If you purchased your product through a distributor, reseller, or third-party retailer, we recommend contacting them directly to manage your return.
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as delivered, in its original state, original packaging, including all instructions, documentation, and accessories, and must be unused.
Proof of purchase must be provided with any return.

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the equipment packaging. Returns without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be processed.
All returns must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt to be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any damage or loss occurring during return transport.
Any product sent cash on delivery will be refused.

Our technical service team will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
If an item is returned that is not covered by warranty or does not meet the return conditions, the buyer shall be fully responsible for transportation and insurance costs to return the product back to the sender.
If the item arrived damaged, this must be noted on the delivery slip and reported to us within 24–48 hours.
Any defective product may be returned and replaced with the same item according to the product warranty. If we opt to repair or replace the equipment, the product may need to be returned to our facilities for inspection and analysis before sending a replacement.
If you receive an item that you did not order, Lime Pilates will cover the return shipping costs. However, the same return conditions apply: the product must be in original condition, packaging, documentation, accessories, and unused.
Once your return has been received, inspected, processed, and definitively approved, the equipment amount will be refunded immediately.
It is important that you send your withdrawal notice before the applicable deadline expires.
Once your withdrawal notification has been received and verified, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods/service:
ANY DAMAGE to the product, missing items, or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
In such cases, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund of the price of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
